Our Portfolio
The SolarSaver group was founded with a view to offering clients a unique solar solution that doesn’t require them to put up any capital or financial guarantees.
The concept has proven extremely popular and SolarSaver now runs the largest fleet of self-financed C&I solar installations in Southern Africa.
The SolarSaver portfolio includes over 850 systems operated by SolarSaver under long-term rent-to-own and PPA contracts across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia.
Our Funders
SolarSaver’s track record has attracted a number of well-respected investors and the group has access to substantial equity and debt capital for purposes of developing its solar portfolio.
The group's equity shareholders include local and international private equity funds while extensive debt capital facilities have also been provided by Investec Bank Limited, First National Bank, and Rand Merchant Bank.
